She has worked with a range of companies from construction businesses to rapid growth high tech start-ups. In her coaching practice, Ellen has developed specialized expertise in construction related businesses. She is a member and leader of Associated Builders and Contractors Massachusetts chapter, and has been the association’s strategic planning advisor for the past 8 years. She facilitates construction roundtable groups, such as the Massachusetts Sheet Metal Contractors Roundtable.

Ellen holds a B.A. in International Relations from Wellesley College, with additional graduate studies in Business, Marketing, and Policy at Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
